Real estate Espacio starts work on a new luxury residential development in Madrid

Real estate Espacio has started the construction of Espacio 5Senses, its new luxury residence in Boadilla del Monte, in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital. The project, which is expected to be completed in 2024, consists of five villas on a plot of approximately 2,000 square meters, including a private garden and swimming pool, of which only one is currently available. 

Espacio 5Senses is located in the Monte de las Encinas urbanization, Boadilla del Monte, in a privileged setting where you can enjoy the silence, privacy and nature, with quick access to the M-50 and the airport.

Real estate Espacio opted for an avant-garde design for this campaign, focusing on the search for sustainability and energy efficiency. In this sense, Espacio 5Senses will be certified by BREEAM ES Vivienda, the world's leading sustainability assessment and certification method.

The homes offer the option to build on one or two floors with a choice of four or five bedrooms, which can be customized in terms of decoration and interior design. The hybrid concrete and steel structure makes the residences very spacious with large windows. 

Speaking of interiors, the bedroom has a large dressing room, and the specially designed kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with energy-efficient appliances.

The houses will feature underfloor heating, air conditioning and hot air for domestic hot water production, as well as solar battery system for self-consumption of electricity - thus each house will have a charging point for electric vehicles. 

Finally, it is worth highlighting the integrated home automation through remote switching on and off with the aim of greater comfort, connectivity and security, contributing to energy savings as an added value.
